- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
- Gently mix in gnocchi and spinach, simmering until the gnocchi float and spinach wilts (3-5 minutes).
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider using turkey sausage instead of pork sausage.
If not using heavy cream, coconut milk provides a good dairy-free alternative.
