- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 1/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips*
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup almond flour, sifted
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Melt coconut oil and chocolate chips together over the stove, stirring frequently until smooth; set aside.
- In a large bowl, add eggs and sugar, whisk continuously for at least 45 seconds to create a crackly top.
- Fold in the sifted almond flour and salt by hand, being careful not to over-mix.
- Pour in the melted chocolate and stir by hand to combine.
- Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray, then pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting and serving.
Notes
Ensure the coconut oil is melted before mixing with the chocolate chips.
