Ingredients

  • 1 cup Skyr yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  2. Pour the creamy mixture into a lined loaf pan, then sprinkle on mini chocolate chips and flaky sea salt on top.
  3. Place the loaf pan in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3 hours.
