Description

This Pecan Pie Dip brings the cozy flavors of traditional pecan pie into a delightful, shareable dip. With cream cheese and crunchy pecans, it’s perfect for gatherings or a dreamy snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 18 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Pecans, halved
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Gradually add heavy cream and powdered sugar, mixing until creamy.
  • Spread the mixture into a pie dish and refrigerate.
  • In a small saucepan, whisk an egg until light, then add brown sugar, melted butter, and corn syrup and cook until thickened.
  • Remove from heat and stir in pecans and vanilla extract, allow to cool for 15 minutes.
  • Spread the pecan topping over the cream cheese base and serve with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps.
Toast pecans lightly for deeper flavor. Cold cream cheese sets better for serving.
