Description

This Pineapple Coconut Mojito delivers a refreshing burst of tropical flavors with rum, pineapple juice, and coconut milk. Perfect for gatherings, its simple preparation guarantees a delightful experience.


Ingredients

  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ice
  • 2 ounces rum
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce coconut milk
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • club soda

Instructions

  1. Place the mint leaves and brown sugar in a cocktail shaker and press with a muddler to release the mint oils.
  2. Fill the shaker halfway with ice and add rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and lime juice.
  3. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously until chilled and the ingredients are well combined, about 10 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice and top with club soda. Garnish as desired, serve immediately, and enjoy responsibly!
