Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced carrots with oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin (if using), sea salt, and ground black pepper until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
