- 1 lb extra small shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 ounces canned lump crab meat
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking dish.
- Chop shrimp into small pieces and pat dry along with crab.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, red bell pepper, green onion, Cajun seasoning, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Gently fold in shrimp and lump crab meat.
- Transfer mixture to baking dish, top with Colby Jack cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh crab meat if available for better flavor.
Ensure all seafood is thoroughly dried to avoid a watery dip.
