Instructions

- Carefully turn the chicken breast-side up and cook for an additional 25 minutes, or until golden and an instant-read thermometer reads at least 160°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving to allow the juices to redistribute for a more tender and juicy result.
