Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear Italian sausage links until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a slow cooker, combine sliced bell peppers, onions, garlic, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning; stir well.
- Arrange seared sausages on top of the vegetable mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Stir the mixture gently and serve warm.
