Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter and peanut butter until fluffy, then add sugars and mix well.
- Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract into the creamed mixture.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and blend into the wet mixture gently.
- Fold in chopped Butterfinger candy.
- Scoop and shape the dough into balls, flattening them gently.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are golden and centers look slightly undercooked.
- Melt chocolate chips and oil for drizzle and top cooled cookies with it and extra Butterfinger pieces.
