- chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk (or cream). Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the melted butter and gently scramble, stirring occasionally until soft curds start to form but are not fully cooked.
