Instructions
- Thaw or prepare spinach; drain well.
- Mix filling ingredients: spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Prep puff pastry; slice into two rectangles.
- Assemble logs by rolling pastry with filling; chill in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃); line baking sheet with parchment.
- Slice logs into 1.3-inch pieces; brush with egg wash and sprinkle seeds.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until golden.
