- 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 tbsp caramel syrup
- 1 tbsp hazelnut syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 2 tbsp mocha sauce
Instructions
- Combine milk, coffee, xanthan gum, caramel syrup, hazelnut syrup, and chocolate chips in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle caramel sauce inside the glass before pouring.
- Pour blended mixture into the glass.
- Top with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and mocha sauce.
Notes
Substitute whole milk with almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
Use cold coffee to prevent the ice from melting too quickly during blending.
