Description

Enjoy the delicious Starbucks Twix Frap made with layers of rich chocolate, creamy caramel, and nutty hazelnut syrups. A perfect homemade treat for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp mocha sauce

Instructions

  • Combine milk, coffee, xanthan gum, caramel syrup, hazelnut syrup, and chocolate chips in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce inside the glass before pouring.
  • Pour blended mixture into the glass.
  • Top with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and mocha sauce.

Notes

Substitute whole milk with almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
Use cold coffee to prevent the ice from melting too quickly during blending.
Adjust the sweetness with more caramel syrup based on your taste.
