Instructions
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine chicken broth and heavy cream over medium-high heat until it boils.
- Add uncooked spaghetti to the broth mixture and stir to coat.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Make a cornstarch slurry with water and add it to the skillet.
- Stir in the honey garlic sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat, add Parmesan cheese, and garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes.
