Description

This Strawberries and Cream Martini features fresh strawberries and a blend of creamy liquors for a sweet, mouthwatering cocktail. Perfect for gatherings or a special treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh, tops removed and chopped
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ice
  • 8 oz whipped cream vodka divided
  • 4 oz baileys irish cream divided
  • strawberry puree divided
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon grenadine optional

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing the strawberry puree. Combine strawberries and sugar in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Use a fine strainer to separate the seeds from the puree. The yield may vary based on the berries.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice halfway. Add half of the whipped cream vodka, Baileys Irish cream, and strawberry puree. Shake well until chilled.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with optional grenadine or simple syrup before straining.
  • Pour the mixture into two martini glasses and repeat the process for the second batch.

Notes

Fresh strawberries yield the best flavor, but frozen can also work in a pinch.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your preference.
Feel free to garnish with a whole strawberry or whipped cream on top.
