Description

These Strawberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies are a delightful blend of fruity strawberries and creamy white chocolate. Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp dry strawberry jello mix
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 (3.5 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream softened butter, dry strawberry jello mix, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition along with vanilla and almond extracts.
  • Combine flour, pudding mix, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then mix into the wet ingredients until combined.
  • Gently fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Drop tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Cool on pan for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
