Instructions

- Cream softened butter, dry strawberry jello mix, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition along with vanilla and almond extracts.
- Combine flour, pudding mix, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then mix into the wet ingredients until combined.
- Gently fold in white chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on pan for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
