- 1/4 cup water
- 24 mini tortilla scoop chips (e.g., Tostitos Scoops)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 small tomato (diced)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Salsa
Instructions
- Cook the beef over medium heat until brown (5-7 minutes) and drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and water. Stir until well-coated and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange tortilla scoops on a tray.
- Spoon seasoned beef into chips, top with tomatoes and cheese.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and tortilla edges brown.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
