A creamy and flavorful delight, Tortellini Alfredo with Prosciutto and Peas combines rich Alfredo sauce, crispy prosciutto, and vibrant peas for a comforting meal that’s quick and satisfying.

- 6 slices prosciutto
- 20 ounces cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 15 ounces alfredo sauce
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded, for garnish
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out prosciutto slices on the baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until crispy.
- Boil salted water and cook cheese-filled tortellini according to package directions (5-7 minutes). Drain well.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce and warm through for 2-3 minutes.
- Fold in drained tortellini and peas, heating for a few minutes until everything is coated and warmed.
- Serve topped with crispy prosciutto, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
For gluten-free, substitute with gluten-free tortellini.
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
