Description

These overnight oats are a delightful mix of creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, perfect for a quick and flavorful breakfast. Simple to prepare, they make mornings special!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¾ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • For the topping (optional): 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers or granola, extra sliced strawberries

Instructions

  • Prepare the strawberry mixture by combining chopped strawberries with lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup; let sit.
  • Make the cheesecake base by whisking cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and remaining maple syrup with salt until smooth.
  • Stir in rolled oats and milk into the cheesecake mixture and let sit for 5–10 minutes.
  • Layer the oat mixture and strawberries in jars, starting and finishing with oats.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Add toppings before serving and enjoy cold.

Notes

Store in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
