These Valentine’s Day Coconut-Chocolate Keto Bars offer an irresistible flavor with simple prep. Made with coconut butter and cacao, they’re a delightful treat for anyone craving a healthy, homemade dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 50 g coconut butter
  • 2 big tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 7080 g shredded coconut chips
  • 5060 g cacao mass
  • 50 g cacao butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 12 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • pinch of himalayan salt
  • 23 tsp coconut sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients for the base layer in a double boiler.
  • Melt and blend the ingredients slowly to create a thick coconut paste.
  • Once combined, pour the mixture into a glass or ceramic tray and refrigerate until slightly solidified.
  • Your first layer is complete; now it's time to prepare the chocolate layer.

Notes

For a sweeter taste, feel free to adjust the amount of coconut sugar used.
Make sure to use high-quality cacao for the best flavor.
