Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles
  • 34 ounces almond bark or additional white chocolate

Instructions

  • Create a double boiler setup with simmering water in a saucepan and a heat-resistant bowl on top.
  • Combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter in the bowl and stir until melted and smooth (5-7 minutes).
  • Continue stirring for 2-3 more minutes to achieve a cohesive texture.
  • Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and half of the sprinkles, mixing well.
  • Prepare a 9×9-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper and sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and smooth out evenly, then sprinkle with the remaining sprinkles.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm.
  • Lift the fudge from the dish using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and drizzle with melted almond bark.
