Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Mix flour, cane sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a larger bowl.
- Incorporate cold vegan butter into the dry mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk mixture to form the dough, then refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Prepare the filling with sliced apples, cranberries, cane sugar, cornstarch, spices, and vanilla.
- Mix crumble topping ingredients together and set aside.
- Roll out the crust and place it in a greased pie dish.
- Fill with the apple-cranberry mixture and top with crumble.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until bubbly and golden, then cool for 2 hours before serving.
