Ingredients

  • freshly milled whole wheat flour
  • active dry yeast
  • warm water
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit until foamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine freshly milled whole wheat flour, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture, along with melted butter, milk, and egg.
