- 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
- 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
- ⅓ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
- ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits in a large ziploc bag using a rolling pin, or process them in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
- Transfer the crushed biscuits to a mixing bowl.
- In the bowl, combine the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys liqueur with the biscuit crumbs.
- Mix everything together thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, form the mixture into balls about the size of glass marbles.
- Roll each ball in coconut or chocolate sprinkles and place them in paper cases.
- Keep the truffles in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
Notes
Ensure the mixture is well combined before chilling to make shaping easier.
You can customize the coating by using nuts or other toppings if desired.
