- 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 10 oz can rotel with chiles
- Optional: Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese for more protein
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sour cream with taco seasoning and ranch seasoning.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and drained Rotel, adding a pinch of salt to taste.
- Cover and chill for 30 minutes to an hour if desired.
- Serve with chips or fresh veggies.
Notes
For a creamier texture, consider substituting Greek yogurt for the sour cream.
This dip can also be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a day before serving.
