Description

Boat Dip is a delightful blend of sour cream, cheese, and savory seasonings that create an irresistible dip, perfect for gatherings or a quick snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 10 oz can rotel with chiles
  • Optional: Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese for more protein

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream with taco seasoning and ranch seasoning.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheese and drained Rotel, adding a pinch of salt to taste.
  3. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to an hour if desired.
  4. Serve with chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

For a creamier texture, consider substituting Greek yogurt for the sour cream.
This dip can also be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a day before serving.
