- 1/4–1/2 cup light cream
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet.
- Add cabbage, cover, and sauté until slightly browned or charred, about 4-5 minutes.
- Carefully turn over the cabbage and brown the other side for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the cream and heat until slightly thickened, which should take around 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of cream based on your desired creaminess.
For a bit of extra flavor, consider adding bacon or onions when cooking the cabbage.
