- Frozen Vegetable Mix (1 1/2 cups)
- Double Cream (1 cup)
- Salt and Pepper
- Fresh Parsley (1 tbsp, chopped)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Sauté onions, celery, and carrots until softened.
- Add garlic, sage, and thyme; cook for 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to coat.
- Gradually pour in turkey stock, stirring until smooth.
- Add bay leaves, diced potatoes, turkey, and frozen vegetables.
