- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely sliced
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté garlic and gnocchi until golden brown.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, salt, and black pepper; cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and vegetable stock, add Parmesan and simmer until thickened.
- Fold in baby spinach until wilted and vibrant.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
