Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch curly kale
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss chopped kale with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Massage leaves.
  • Spread kale in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, tossing halfway through.
