- 5 ounces of feta cheese
- ½ cup of greek yogurt, or yogurt of choice
- 1 avocado, pitted and removed from skin
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice
- ½ cup of fresh dill, packed
- ¼ cup of mint, packed
- ½ cup of green onions, lightly chopped
- ⅓ cup of fresh basil, packed
- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- ¼–½ cup of water to thin
- Salt and pepper to taste, the feta is quite salty so you may need no additional salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for the olive oil in a food processor or blender. It’s advisable to hold off on adding any salt to start with.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is creamy and mostly free of chunks. Gradually add the olive oil while blending.
- Taste the dip and season with salt and black pepper according to your preference. Serve and enjoy!
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days, keeping in mind that the avocado may alter the color.
Notes
Adjust the amount of olive oil and water based on your desired thickness.
Feel free to add additional herbs for extra flavor.
