Ingredients
- Refrigerated crescent rolls (2 8-ounce tubes)
- Cooked shredded chicken (3.3 cups)
- Softened cream cheese (1 8-ounce package)
- Diced green onion (¼ cup, optional)
- Garlic powder (½ teaspoon)
- Unsalted butter (⅓ cup, melted)
- Italian bread crumbs (½ cup)
- Cream of chicken soup (1 10.5-ounce can)
- Milk (½ cup)
- Sour cream (¼ cup)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare sheet pans with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, green onions, and garlic powder until creamy.
- Unroll crescent rolls, place filling at the wider end, and roll tightly.
- Dip each pillow in melted butter and coat in bread crumbs.
- Arrange on pan and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, heat cream of chicken soup, milk, and sour cream until creamy.
- Serve hot with gravy.
Notes
Leftover chicken works well for this recipe; just shred it and mix it in.
