- 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 package (8 ounces) softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green onion, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare sheet pans with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, green onions, and garlic powder until creamy.
- Unroll crescent rolls, place filling at the wider end, and roll tightly.
- Dip each pillow in melted butter and coat in bread crumbs.
- Arrange on pan and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, heat cream of chicken soup, milk, and sour cream until creamy.
- Serve hot with gravy.
Notes
Leftover chicken works well for this recipe; just shred it and mix it in.
Feel free to replace cream cheese with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
You can make the filling ahead of time and store it overnight.
