Instructions

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops on both sides until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove chops and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds in the same skillet.
- Add chicken broth, honey, and mustard; simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
- Whisk in cubed butter until melted and combined; season as needed.
- Return pork chops to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and heat through; garnish with parsley.
