- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Mix ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, paprika, sage, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into 16 meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the meatballs until browned.
- Boil sweet potatoes until fork-tender, then drain.
- Deglaze the skillet with bourbon, then add maple syrup, mustard, and chicken stock; simmer to thicken.
- Return meatballs to the skillet to cook in the sauce till heated through.
- Mash sweet potatoes with butter, cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Finish the sauce with cold butter and adjust seasoning.
- Serve meatballs over sweet potato mash, drizzled with sauce.
