- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 12 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup cinnamon baking chips
- 16.5 oz package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 13×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Crush the Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter; firmly press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin puree; mix until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Slice the sugar cookie dough and layer it over the top. Sprinkle cinnamon chips on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until edges are golden and center is slightly wobbly. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
