- 12 Reese Cup Thins
- 12 oz. high-quality melting chocolate
- Holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Place 12 Ritz crackers bottom-side up on the sheet.
- Top each cracker with a Reese Cup Thin and bake for 1-2 minutes until softened.
- Remove from oven and sandwich each chocolate with another Ritz cracker.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes to cool and harden.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments until smooth.
- Dip each cracker sandwich into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles and place back on parchment.
- Allow to cool completely until the chocolate sets.
