Description

These Reese Cup Ritz Cracker Cookies blend sweet chocolate and creamy peanut butter with crunchy Ritz crackers, making them a delightful treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Ritz crackers
  • 12 Reese Cup Thins
  • 12 oz. high-quality melting chocolate
  • Holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place 12 Ritz crackers bottom-side up on the sheet.
  • Top each cracker with a Reese Cup Thin and bake for 1-2 minutes until softened.
  • Remove from oven and sandwich each chocolate with another Ritz cracker.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes to cool and harden.
  • Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments until smooth.
  • Dip each cracker sandwich into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  • Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles and place back on parchment.
  • Allow to cool completely until the chocolate sets.
