- 8 oz. ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 cup baileys® irish cream
- marshmallows or whipped cream
Instructions
- Break up the chocolate squares and add them to the slow cooker with the other ingredients, except for the Baileys.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Once the cocoa is hot, mix in the Baileys Irish Cream.
- Arrange mugs, whipped cream, and a bowl of marshmallows beside the slow cooker for everyone to serve themselves.
- Keep the slow cooker on warm for up to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
