Description

This Slow Cooker Baileys Irish Cream Hot Chocolate is a delightful mix of rich chocolate and creamy Baileys, perfect for cozy gatherings or a comforting treat at any time. With simple prep and easy steps, satisfy your sweet cravings with this easy homemade recipe.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz. ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup baileys® irish cream
  • marshmallows or whipped cream

Instructions

  • Break up the chocolate squares and add them to the slow cooker with the other ingredients, except for the Baileys.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  • Once the cocoa is hot, mix in the Baileys Irish Cream.
  • Arrange mugs, whipped cream, and a bowl of marshmallows beside the slow cooker for everyone to serve themselves.
  • Keep the slow cooker on warm for up to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
